USA Returns / Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange your item(s).
Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
A $12 flat handling & shipping fee will be deducted from your return or exchange to cover shipping and processing.
If you paid the optional Returns Fee at checkout via Offset (from Loop Returns), you qualify for free return shipping on eligible items. If you did not, standard return shipping fees apply.
Drop off your return within 5 days of receiving the return label. Late drop-offs may affect eligibility.
BRIDEMERCH GIFTCARDS sales are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged at this time.
International Returns
International customers are eligible for store credit only (no refunds to original payment method).
You will receive 100% store credit once we receive and approve your return.

Please include your order number inside the package and ship within 7 days of submitting your return request.
Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (including all hats, socks, bags, etc.)
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at info@shopbridemerch.com with photos, and we will make it right.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return and confirm the item's condition, we will issue store credit, an exchange, or refund (if applicable) within 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when it’s processed.
