WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Eligible U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Once you receive your return label, your package must be dropped off within 5 days to remain eligible.
Accessories, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Ready to make a return? Visit our online return portal and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Once you receive your return label, please drop off your package within 5 days. Late drop-offs may affect your return eligibility.
WHICH ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
All accessories—including hats and socks—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and any products marked “Final Sale” are also ineligible.
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@shopbridemerch.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes! Eligible U.S. orders may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements as returns and are subject to product availability.
Accessories, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged.
IS THERE A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
A $12 flat shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your return or exchange.
If you purchased optional return coverage through Offset at checkout, return shipping is free for eligible items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return arrives and its condition has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s complete. Your bank may require additional time to post an approved refund to your account.
WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY?
International returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method and exchanges are not available.
Customers are responsible for international return shipping. Please include your order number inside the package and ship it within 7 days of submitting your return request.
